  • One-piece heavy-duty casting bed with integrated carriage structure for maximum rigidity and vibration absorption
  • Cross-feed system using precision linear guideways and AC servo motor with ball screw drive
  • Tailstock quill with 70mm travel, tension spring return, and handwheel screw feed

Grinding Head

  • High-precision cartridge-type spindle with angular contact bearings – rigid, accurate, and maintenance-free
  • Cross feed with AC servo and ball screw for smooth and responsive positioning

Control Panel

  • Equipped with MPG (manual pulse generator) for precise manual adjustments
  • Ergonomic layout of controls for wheel head, table, and work head
  • Safety interlocks and emergency stop functions for operator protection
