As specialists in the supply of machines to Education, Chester Machine Tools recently provided CNC & Conventional machines viatheir Irish partners - Central Technology Supplies to Waterford & Wexford ETB in Ireland.
Waterford and Wexford Education and Training Board (WWETB) provide a comprehensive range of education and training services supporting the education of young engineers and apprentices throughout Waterford and Wexford and is the largest education and training provider in the counties.
The machines supplied were a Chester EDU360 CNC lathe and a Chester V6L Delta 3 axis CNC machining centre installed in education workshop facilities to provide young engineers with machines to complete training, prototyping and design projects utilising the latest technology to prepare them for their future careers.
Chester's engineers completed the final commissioning and training on site at the training facilities as part of our ongoing support package to our education customers.
The installation of these machines follows recent Chester machine installations in Ireland of a CNC Mini Machining Centre supplied to the Institute of Technology in Tallaght, Dublin and 16 conventional lathes and turret milling machines at the Regional Skills and Training Centre in Dundalk, Co. Louth.
