CHESTER ZB80P CUTTER GRINDER

Description

A diamond dresser is mounted in the chuck for grinding wheel dressing, with the chuck grinding angle fully adjustable. The wheel motor provides 160 mm of vertical adjustment, 180 mm of horizontal adjustment, and 180° of rotation, extending the machine’s functional capability. 

A precision collet-type chuck is fitted, providing stable clamping. Both the cutting edge and web thickness of drills can be ground in a single set-up. Equal triangle geometry and edge lengths are maintained on both sides, ensuring the drill centre point remains accurate and free from offset. 

Operation is straightforward, delivering fast and precise grinding results. 

The machine is capable of grinding the following tool types: drills, step drills, centre drills, spotting drills, countersink cutters, taps, chamfer cutters, end mill cutting edges, engraving tools, sheet metal drills, and round bar stock.
